New Constellations

With the proposals and buildout of satellite constellations by iridium, boeing and spacex among others, I wonder if it is being explored to piggyback somehow on the signals those sats transmit to augment the existing positions satellites. Some systems are planned at 800 to over 4000 birds. 864 channels may not be near enough when you are seeing a couple hundred satellites, all with internet connections!

Then again, there are already internet sats up there, if there was a way to steal position info from their transmissions you would think Javad would have figured it out already. Just the prospect of that many new birds is juicy though!
