The reboot had no effect. However, if I select the option of "text only" when I export, it works just fine. When using "text and images", it doesn't work. There is currently 6.91 GB of free space on the SD card, I doubt it is generating a PDF of that size.

Another interesting note: If I export a "text only" pdf, it will create the file. If I then go to export "text and images" and select the option to overwrite the existing (text only) pdf file, it erases the text only, but doesn't write a new file (with images).

It seems like the software has trouble generating a PDF report over 3 MB. I tried to export a PDF of my entire project (text and images) and it created the file, but it was corrupted/broken when I tried to open it. When I made the report text only (which meant a smaller file size) it worked just fine. It wasn't an outrageous amount of points - maybe 30 "boundary" shots and 80 "precise topo" shots, so the only images should have been associated with the boundary points.

I quite often have 75 meg pdf files with images and screen captures. Vladimir will figure your issue out.

I have never had any issues creating a PDF and most of mine are in the 12-15m range.

Could you export that project with images and send to me. I will try to repeat the issue on my device.

Well of course now I can't get it to repeat the error. I deleted a few points in the project and everything worked.

When I get the error on another project, I'll upload it here.
