Polyline offset staking

Triumph ls+ set up polyline. How do i enter this off points; 15369 to 15383. I can do survey by offset after that; i dont need slope , just offset

The easiest way is to select the polyline to be staked and then navigate to the offset you want, for example right 10'.

How do i put my polyline in just by having a point file?

In the map screen you can draw a polyline by selecting the points or in the Points screen you can create a polyline (Points > Line > Add > Manual > Click on lines / Curves / Points >Add > Line > Select Points).
