Protocol for ngs submission?

Is there a protocol list somewhere, for NGS submissions, as a part of the height modernization program?
I have an opportunity, Wed Mar. 23rd, to make a submission.

The issues that come to mind, is the point of measurement, for the hi, (the 1/4" adapter issue), and the data rate, slant height, or vertical measure, (I'm sure it's in meters), and any javad specific items. Also, can I use the LS, at the same time, (same time as the t2), on another marker?
I'm thinking of using the t2, on the NGS marker, and doing either another observation, with the LS, or doing a demo for intrested parties, of the LS.
Thanks.

There's an overview of the observation criteria here, but the procedure is basically a 4+ hour observation with a geodetic receiver and a modeled antenna on a vertical mark listed in the NGS database, with data submitted to OPUS-Share. Fixed-height tripods are preferred, and photos of the setup are required.

Ok, jim, I'm planning to try it. It's a bench Mark that has considerable value, in the scheme of the local town I serve.
No bfe has been established. Maybe this will be a step toward a more accurate flood hazard determination.
