Radio Problems HPT435BT

Anyone of you gurus have a few minutes this morning to help out. For some reason we can not connect to this radio anymore, we dont use it a lot but either its our error or something else is wrong. My cell is 512-644-8191. My original dealer is no longer available to help. Thanks in advance

Hello, Please inform us which type of communication and cable you have used (serial, USB, BT, and so on). which type of power supply or accumulator you have used. when you power on the modem do you see any LEDs switch on on the modem side?

Just a couple of thoughts, what is your setup, Triumph LS or LS+ for a rover and what base are you running T2, T3 or T1M. Did you switch to external Radio on the LS? Your may need to pair the to radio to the base, do you have the cable, USB on one end and the connector to the radio on the other end?
