Says Not Registered

Hello,

I was able to connect via Wifi, see attached update and software screen. Message on the Update screen says "This product not registered". I'm trying to fix a firmware issue previously diagnosed which causes the wrong output on the Collect Action Screen. I'm connected and collecting accurate info but its not showing the FIX 1/1 callouts.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Was able to get good connection...Update screen now says "Current OAF is Up-To-Date"

Another question....if you are intending to request remote assistance from Javad is this the correct election, then leave it on?
