Since I received my LS's one of them has had the below warning... I have read another post pertaining to this, for the life of me I cant find it again. Is someone able to point me in the right direction to rectify this?
Serial number issue

To fix this: System>Restore>Restore Factory Data

Hi Blake,
You can tap on the warning message. It will guide you you to Home/System/Restore/. Click "Restore Factory Data" It should recover the serial.
Do you remember how that was lost? What action, like factory recovery, were done, maybe...

Hi Eugene, It was like this when I received it.

The "Restore Factory Data" is greyed out.... Any ideas?

It requires Internet connection established. It connects our internet service to validate the unit. Use LAN, WiFi or GPRS
