Trajectory not working

I am trouble collecting a trajectory. I have successfully used trajectory a bunch in the past, and I'm not sure what I'm doing differently now.

When I press Start T., J-Field shows Fixed for the first shot, then changes to CDF for subsequent shots, and the number of satellites drops considerably. The shot counter increments every second, regardless of whether I have it set to collect based on Elapsed time, Traveled Distance, or Horizontal or Vertical Off-Line. When I press Stop T, it plays the music, but does not save the trajectory. Recover Lost Trajectories doesn't cause the list to show any trajectories. The Snap and Pause buttons don't do anything.

I have tried receiving corrections via UHF and GSM. Base and rover are close and in the open. I can collect points just fine in this location, but not trajectories.

I have a Triumph-LS+ with a Triumph-3 base. J-Field 4.0.1.469. GNSS 4.2.2.221117.

Check to be sure you are either in "external antenna" mode, with an external antenna attached, or are in "internal antenna" mode.

Thanks to Phillip Lancaster for fixing this. Phillip cleared NVRAM on the base, which did not help. He changed back to the Release versions (J-Field 4.0.0.1216 and GNSS 4.2.02220225). It had been on Pre-Release. That fixed the problem. I later changed back to Pre-Release (J-Field 4.0.1.469 and GNSS 4.2.2.221117), thinking perhaps something had gotten corrupted and the software update fixed it. Nope. It still does not work on the Pre-Release software, but it does work on Release.

My original post says the shot counter was incrementing. The shot counter was stuck at zero. The seconds counter (top number) was the one that was incrementing once per second.
