I have had the same issue every so often. what usually fixes it is once you get the Data exchange screen and pick either the import or the export tab, on the next screen you will see the 3 lines in the upper righthand corner, tap it and it will allow you to try an Mount your Cloud Drive again and that usually fixes it when I have issues.

and connected to the cloud accounts under J-Field Assistant?

I have set up and connected to a Google Drive account on the j-field assistant page. It shows a status of OK.

I can navigate to this dialog box, but it is asking for server address/login/password which I do not have. Are you connecting to a private server or to a Google Drive account?

I've tried each handshake key on both units. When I attempt to generate new handshake keys on the Devices page, it says "Handshake key limit reached".
