The deadline is quickly approaching for this training event. We still have spaces available. If you plan to attend please let us know as soon as possible!

Would the content of this training be similar to the one you put on in San Jose, and other areas? I enjoyed that one immensely but I'm wondering if you've considered putting together a supplemental training to this (Javad Advanced Training Part 2 or whatever)? I don't know what topics would be covered but I'd love to have a reason to come back down to the headquarters and maybe meet the man himself this time!

Yes, it is the same.

Actually we've decided to cancel the Kilgore training in April and have contacted the participants. We're still planning to have our training in North Carolina in September.

I've had a little interest in a more advanced course, but we haven't quite figured out what we'd focus on or if we could get enough interest in such a thing. Thank you for asking about it.

I say it's the same. I'm sure we'll be looking at verification with GPS+GLO vs. GPS+GLO+GAL+BDU and perhaps a mention of GPS+GLO+GLO once we understand the differences a bit better.

We will be going to the NC training. Both of us have been to the "same" training before. I have forewarned Shawn that we intend to ask "advanced" questions, and it will be his job to shut us down.

Perhaps it could be a "gotomeeting" with RAMS for all participants and a prerequisite that we can't attend unless we have attended the previous course.

Steve, I'm glad you chimed in. I said it is the same training, but I do plan to incorporate as many of your suggestions as I can. I really like the recommendation to discuss calibrations, for example. I think that will be important.

And we do try to leave enough margin in the schedule to discuss the things that are important to the group. At some of our events, the consensus was that importing and exporting linework wasn't important, for example, so we would breeze through that and focus on other things.

That's a great idea, Steve. Really great. I think the training we do now works best in a group setting, but the advanced training you and Aaron are talking about could probably be done well in a web meeting format. Thanks for the suggestion.

Yeah I wouldn't mind being able to be a fly on the wall via internet. Even if it's the same content, a refresher is nice, and a new class might ask questions I never thought of before.
