Does anyone have a rough idea of the cost to repair an UHF antenna port on a LS+ including a LS+ rental? Mike

JAVAD GNSS
The repair to a TLS+ for the UHF Antenna depends if the repair is just for the SMA connector or also requires replacement for the housing assembly that could be damaged. In addition there is an Inspection fee (250 USD) plus labor cost.

JAVAD can provide a 'loan' unit (to be used during a repair) that required a Loan Agreement, cost approximately1200 USD.
Any damage to equipment, during a 'loan' period, are at the responsibility of the customer.

Thanks John. It is just the SMA connector. One day when I unscrewed the antenna the little hollow tube inside the SMA connector on the LS came out with the male end of the antenna. It wasn't a result of a fall. It just pulled out.

When sending the LS+ in for repair what do you need to do to prepare it. Do need to take snapshots of all your settings, profiles etc. ? Same for the TR3 what do you do? I am probably going to send both in at the same time ( LS+ needs UHF port replaced and the TR3 needs an external antenna port installed)

How is your repair progressing? The exact same thing happened to me. I am still limping along but my radio range seems to be quite a bit diminished.

I haven't sent it in yet. Working to back everything up and see when we will able work out what we do while it is gone.
