Unable to DPOS base file

My base file won't show up when I try to DPOS my project, I can see all of my other base files, but not the "current" one. It's clearly there, because I can navigate to it, but I can't DPOS it. I tried loading it into the JAVAD customer area to process as well, and that also fails. Sent it to support via TLS2TLS on Friday the 12th, but also haven't received anything back. Not entirely sure where that correspondence would end up either...Any help is much appreciated.

Anyway project ET-19-135_Craigarden from the LS 998 has only one problem - DPOS session was not created by some reason. I recovered it from Points screen menu -> Recover DPOS session. And the project was successfully processed on the DPOS server (all 61 points).

Sorry about that, was out in the field and didn't have cell service all day. Thanks! Didn't know that was tucked into the back of that menu.
