Update Advice

I updated several bits of my T-LS this morning without issue, but when I got back to the office this afternoon I saw that the GNSS element had an update waiting. I started the update, and the display got to the point of "Installing updates...Do NOT turn OFF or unplug the unit!" It's been showing that for more than an hour now. I don't know whether or not it matters, but the unit was (and still is) plugged into my desktop's USB port.

Suggestions?

Locked up, still "Installing..."

I forced a reboot, and it appears to have updated successfully. At least, when I check for updates, it tells me that it's current.

Jim, there is a known issue causing the LS not to restart when the USB cable is connected. In the future do not have the USB cable connected when restarting the LS or when installing an update until this is fixed.
