USB driver

Hi,
I wanted to install the USB driver on Windows XP Embedded tablet, but it was not sucessfull. In the Status column I can see "Install failed (Unsigned)" message. I suppose the W XP Embedded not supported. Or anybody can help ?

I have a Microsoft surface pro 3 running fully functioning windows 8 and the driver works ok on it. I think that the surface pro 3 is the only Microsoft tablet that runs the full windows system. I do not think that other tablets are able to fully use the USB port. At least that is what I was told when I bought the surface pro 3.
