Warning issue

I have received the following warning on my Triumph-LS "Serial Number is Empty! Please restore factory data." I restore the factory settings to no avail. The warning persists. Additionally, I'm no long able to link via Bluetooth to my Triumph 2. My current JFIELD version is 1.10.3.14303. Has anyone experienced this problem?
Solution?

Glen, it seems that you was one of the first users who took the units from our office in San-Jose.
Please recover unit's data "Home" -> "System" -> "Restore" -> Factory Data. I need it to get unit registered.
You, probably, have problems with Antenna Calibration, do you?

Eugene- you are correct. I was one of the first to receive the unit, however, I did not have a problem (warning indicator) until last week. I tested the unit successfully in a number of different setting (RTK, Stand-alone, etc.) with the supplied UHF Antenna 400-470 MHz, 2.5dB and HTP404BT radio. I would be surprised if it had not been registered. At any rate, I can not locate the file you refer to in your message: "Home" -> "System" -> "Restore" -> Factory Data on my Triumph-LS. I have attached a screen shot of the file structure. What am I missing? Thanks for your help.
Glen

Perfect! Thank you Eugene. That solved the problem with the Triumph LS. However, I have lost the Bluetooth connection with my Triumph-2. I have started a new thread in that forum.

Hi Ron,
yes, your receiver is not counted. Please do next steps:
1. connect LS to Internet.
2. go to screen Home / System / Restore and push "Factory Data"

I will see your IDs and register them for you.
After this done You need to repeat procedure (steps 1 and 2) again. I will let you know.
