I tried updating my T2 parameters to also receive Galileo and Bediou. This involved making some changes to the parameters tab in Net view as well as sending a Greis command.
I set up in the field hoping to see better performance and it was far worse. I now am receiving only 2 channels each on GPS and Glonass. That translates to a fix of just 4 satellites, if I can even get that. Occasionally it will rise to 7 or 9 but that is transient and gone before the point is accepted.
Can someone please help me get this configured? I am completely fine going back to just GPS and Glonass. I just want my system working again. I have clients that have been waiting a week or more for me to get back and survey their site and all I have are excuses.
Thank you in advance for any help provided.
Sidebar: Something isn't making sense with respect to signal strength. When reviewing the signal strength of of each band for the constallations, the help page indicates that the strongest signals are zero (in red) and weakest as 9 (in blue). It seems like the numbering system is the opposite of that in reality. Also, the color scheme is not intuitive. I would expect red to indicate a problem and green to be the optimal. Moderate signals should be yellow or possibly a color similiar. All day we encounter this configuration when driving. Apparently Red and Blue were chosen as opposite ends of the spectrum? The help page may need to be updated or perhaps I am losing my mind. THIS IS AN AFTER THOUGHT AND SECONDARY TO GETTING MY EQUIPMENT UP AND OPERATIONAL.
