Archive Current Project vs. Data Exchange Batch Export?

Was wondering what the difference these 2 options are?

Is one better than the other when we are taking data off the ls plus and saving on the computer?

It depends what you are trying to achieve. Archive Current Project only creates a Project Archive while Batch Export can export manly different types of files.

Was looking the best way to export / backup the entire project. Usually do a batch export.

If you only want to be able to restore the project on the LS then you only need to use Archive Current Project.
