Archiving / Deleting files from the Triumph-LS

First off, navigating the files and menus is not one of my strongest suits so I may be doing things less than optimally.

I tend to only archive and delete files from the LS once every few months so I might have several pages of files I am dealing with all at one time. I don't ever just delete them all--instead I pick and choose which ones can come out, usually around 80% of them.

So I use the batch archive function in the file menu and select usually the files I want to archive one page at a time to help keep track of everything. I archive them to a flash drive folder in the USB port. Then I return to the batch archive menu which brings me to the tricky part: the files are no longer selected and I have to remember which ones I archived so I can reselect them and then use the context menu to delete all selected files. I suppose I could just archive every file in the LS and then only delete the ones that I want to delete. It seems like it would be easier if the selection of files remained intact upon return to that screen of files in order to provide an easy way to delete the selected files.

It's possible my routine is just not that common and no others are experiencing any of these observations but I thought I'd throw it out there to see what others have to say about it all.
