Background Maps/Imagery Suggestion

#1
While I know there is a procedure for loading background maps or imagery into the LS, it seems like it is involved and I have never tried it. What if J-Field (assuming the LS had an internet connection) pulled google map imagery (or bing maps or whatever) from the web automatically like a lot of other apps out there do? It could be a layer in the map screen that you could quickly turn on or off and possibly cache a certain area for when you don't have an internet connection. I don't know how hard this would be to do and if it would strain the hardware, but it would be a very nice added feature.

Thoughts?

Oh, and Happy Friday!!
