Hi Eugene,

Eureka!!! I think you found my problem! I started the Dropbox program from Programs, and now I'm seeing stuff. Beforehand, I was just using the My Computer/Windows Explorer to locate the Dropbox files. Somehow this must have gotten disconnected.

Yes, thank you Dmitry, my bad I goofed on your name, thanks for spotting that, now I look critically for those little green marks and the blue marks while they sync up. Again, thank you all.
