Category Selection

We have Code Categories that can be selected to be shown. However, when putting a Code in a Category, we must type the category in, instead of being able to select a Category from a List. Can we change the Category selection to Select from List and Add New?

If you first select a "Category to show", when you press Create, the new code is created with that category populated.
