Explanation needed

Anyone have an explanation of what each scenario means? Is this in a manual?

"Prefer RTPK" option does RTK vs RTPK comparison. In case of both fixed solution it will prefer RTPK. But if RTPK is not fixed and RTK is fixed then it will select RTK.
"Prefer RTK" also does the same comparison but prefers the RTK solution.
