Giodis Status

I sent over a base file for processing this AM. It was uploaded through the web portal. I selected processing through both Justin and Giodis. The Justin requested file processed, but the Giodis requested file, as of this post, has not processed.

Both processes have worked flawlessly for the past few months, so just checking to see if Giodis has gotten hung up somehow.

Thanks

Hi James you should email support@javad.com for an answer to this question. It looks like you are looked in the US. Is there a reason why you need GIODIS? The GIODIS engine is the preferred engine for very long baseline lengths (750+ km) while the Justin is preferred for the CORS baselines you typically find in the US.

Matt,

Thanks for the direction on how to get a response. I use Giodis to reduce a 24 hour static file from our permenately fixed base out our office. I average both the Justin and Giodis along with the OPUS solution to compute the average of the base daily. These locations are all averaged, and compared to insure that we have the best available coordinate for rovers used within the vicinity of our office.

Attached is a spreadsheet showing the way we compile the base point, using the 3 different methods.

Thanks
