GLONASS Leap Second Effects

Will the addition of a leap second cause any problems with the T-LS and/or T-2 receivers? I'm read elsewhere that GLONASS implemented the leap second a day early.

Hi,
In Hungary it caused a problem for network RTK users. Very likely the networking software of the correction proveder (Geo++) was not good, or they used a wrong setting. Some NovAtel boards could not get fix at all when the user connected to GSP+GLONASS mountpoint. When they changed to GPS only mountpoint, they got fix. Other receivers - Javad too - made fix when connected to GSP+GLONASS mountpoint, but only with GPS signal and correction. The provider solved the issue late afternoon on 1st of July.
