Why doesn't DPOS Report show the Grid Factor?

Well, because it would be redundant.
Here it is:
1.) Set the PAGE to the SPC projection in question. (typically SPC)
2.) hit COGO, then TOOLS Then hit FACTORS
To the right of the word POINTS, enter the point number.
Below the word POINTS, the brown button toggles "Grid to Ground" or Combined Factor (reciprocals)
It has pretty well all the needed tools there.

how can i get it to show in decimal instead of ppm ?

Setup>General Group, Edit> Advanced>Units>Scale Factor - change to Ratio.

I am not getting the combined factor in the DPOS report... just the coordinates. Any idea why?
