JSTAR PPP solution to converge to sub-decimeter resolution is about 11 minutes of continuous signal tracking.

5cm accuracy in 2000 seconds ? with no base? no internet? Sounds pretty good. How long would convergence be for 25cm accuracy?
JSTAR PPP-Float ~ 4 minutes
JSTAR PPP-Fixed ~11 minutes or less (converged)

Note: JSTAR-PPP corrected GNSS PVT solutions, correspond to the ITRF2014 'global' Coordinate Reference System (CRS) frame – see image

The spread of the observations, with JAVAD GNSS 'rover' receivers using JSTAR-PPP corrections, provide a PVT (CRS ITRF2014) 'converged solution' at the sub-decimeter repeatability.
