New Video for Updating Triumph-LS and base receivers in J-Field

We've just completed a video showing how to update the software and OAF (Options Authorization File) in the Triumph-LS and the OAF in a Javad base receiver through the Triumph-LS. Take note of this also because it will show where you will be able to update the firmware in a Javad base receiver through the Triumph-LS. Updating the firmware in a base receiver isn't active yet, but is in the works.

It is necessary to send the profile "To Base" anytime the NVRAM is cleared or the firmware in the base updated. J-Field will detect this automatically and not allow you to "Start Base" until preforming "To Base".

Thanks Matt, I have run into that issue a few times myself and from others, and asked the question for any new users.
Another question, is there a need to update the OAF if you haven't purchased any new options?
or in other words is there an expiration date on purchased options?

Once you have paid in full for the receiver you are provided with a permanent OAF. After it has been installed there won't be any OAF updates available unless you purchase new options.
