Just tried uploading data file and the system went through the motions until at the end, "unknown error" . This has been happening the last 2-3 weeks. Is it broken ?
Bryan, if you mean my post as an email, and you uploaded file to your Dropbox, please share this file in dropbox over internet with settings on their web. It will create a link which you can reply with here and we download your file. We have no access to your private dropbox account .I'll set up Dropbox in the a.m. I'm at home now it's 8:00 pm EDT here on the east coast of USA. I uploaded per your instructions, maybe it got lost.

Can you please send to "https://dpos-dev.javad.com/jca/#/home" we try track problemI’m having the same issue. When I went to download the base at the end of the day it went much faster than usual. Then when I went to process the data at the office it went through the steps in a couple of seconds and gave me the same message.
