Post-Migration Questions

I updated to Linux this week. I'm able to work normally, for the most part, with a few problems:

1. When I put a USB stick in to export files, I always get a error message when putting that stick into my laptop. It doesn't matter what brand - I've tried several different ones. I'm able to "fix" the errors per Windows, but everything I use on the LS results in errors. I know you have to wait a bit to pull the stick, but how long? I've let it sit in the LS for about 10-20 seconds after file operations, but still the message appears. This didn't happen before the update.

2. I see there's an item in the options update screen for Verizon Data service. There's 2 SIM card slots on the LS. Can I now have 1 Verizon and 1 AT&T card in the LS? Does it support Verizon since it says LTE (which I thought was Verizon's proprietary tech)?

3. All the coordinate systems I use now are renamed in the project with the date and time appended to the end. Why is this?

4. I've been having problems using the RTN connection that didn't exist before. The wifi is very finicky about connecting and/or staying connected. Same with the cell service. I was literally looking at an AT&T tower about 1/2 mile away, and there was no signal strength - just 6 blue underscores at the top of the home screen. Then it randomly gets a weak signal (before the update it would have full bars at the same location) but "loses" the tower and goes back and forth. Pretty much same problem if I try to use wifi through my Verizon hotspot.

This should be enough unless you writing a full backup to the USB drive. If you have a USB drive with an LED, it will typically flash while reading and writing data. I'm not sure why you see the message now in Windows.

If a coordinate system already exist when restoring a project from a backup, it will be restored with the date appended to the end of it.

I don't think anyone else has reported any similar issues. I see good signal strength with both WiFi and GSM.
