Problem with AT&T sim card and LS

Almost identical with the screenshot in the next thread below " Victor LS"

My crew is dropping off a different unit that has a sim card and I will try swapping them first.

It's paid automatically every month, I guess that does not imply it still works. I will be calling AT&T rep. Have you heard of a sim card going dead? Or the service changing without notice?

I never had any reason to take it out, but did make sure it was inserted properly.

PROBLEM SOLVED! Was as simple as following the directions from AT&T site to clean contacts and compressed air in slot.
Seems to be working fine, which is good because I lost my local AT&T contact info...too many emails.
