In Carlson for your rover, make sure that the message type (RTCM V3.0), frequency, Modulation (D8PSK), Channel Spacing (12.5 kHz), FEC and Scrambling all match.
I do not see the necessary settings options in the Carlson GPS Base settings to setup the base with the proper radio settings. I believe Carlson only sends new settings when a setting has been changed (although I could be wrong). If this is the case, you should be able to connect to the base Triumph-1M and make changes to position, and possibly even the frequency, without it affecting the SNRM and Base RtrNum setting from NetView and Modem.
