Hi Eugene. I have been testing Rams and I have been able to connect my laptop (Windows 10) or a Windows 10 tablet to the LS with RAMs but have been unable to get a response out of my Andriod phone or an Android tablet. (both Samsung) In both cases the LS shows being connected to the address but the device shows no connection. This is true whether I am on house wifi or jetpack. (same with windows devices both networks work)

Any ideas?

You should be able to connect using the web browser version of RAMS on all your devices. The Android and iOS apps need to be updated to be compatible with Linux J—Field.

To get you started, Javad has created a RAMS-Desktop application application for Windows that contains a Server and a Viewer in one.

Launch the RAMS-Desktop application,
Setup your Triumph-LS remote assistance (see post #7 above),
and you're ready to use RAMS on your desktop computer using your keyboard and mouse.
