Some very handy and easy (I think)

I would also add that the CAD interface has been improved and makes it very simple to draw a line between 2 points and then add the midpoint of that line::

View attachment 3855
Select Line to draw a line starting from the currently selected point and then select the endpoint and press End.

View attachment 3856
Select the line, its bearing and distance will be displayed at the top of the screen. Use Median to add the midpoint.

The midpoint has been created.

I like it, the map screen is where I do most of my figuring.

Well, it's moving along.
I dream of the day, when uploading to a laptop, is not a necessary thing.
I look for the day when We can, "traverse down a polyline" ie, the polyline has several links in it. You want to prorate down the polyline. The polyline is 14_AVG, 72_AVG, 39, 48, 95.
A sequence of points. It displays the overall distance. Then prompts for the stations, from 14_AVG, down the multisegmented line, that you want coords, and makes them.
Also, it quickly allows you to compute the subdivision of a section.
And, deed entry, and closure is easier done here than in cad.
