Strange problem

LS+ connected to T3. LS has no problem setting base. LS then is collecting data from T3 (via cell) yet it has no internet connection. How can it connect to an IP address over the internet without being connected to the internet? What setting is hanging me up? Restarted the LS+ multiple times making sure wifi is disabled. Also, cell is Verizon at -55. Option two is hot spot via cell phone (also full strength) over wifi and it has very slow response times but shows internet connection. The internal cell is configured or at least is reporting that it is configured correctly. What do you think?

I don't know if this could affect you but I heard about some major internet/server issues on the east coast today

The main reason for this is to connect via remote assistance but the only way right now is to hot spot via cell phone. At this time hot-spotting the phone is not desired.
