To store or not to store that screen shot of collection?

STORE IT. I had left it on to store twice in a " this seems like a neat feature " fashion. I asked my co-conspiritors and they had no real preference either, is it worth the storage space?
YES, today it saved a drive across town (45min) to verify a grade on a foundation. Storage is cheap, I will see what else I can add to the " keep " list!

Further thoughts: I am trying to eliminate hand drawing in the field, to the point of photographing with iphones any field sketches the chief may use as well as any other thing about the job that cannot be conveyed with point naming/sequencing and CAD F2F.
With that decision made I turn to evidence procedures and the neccessity of proving the time as well as place the evidence is gathered for legal argument sake.

Question: How do I get the date to apear in a screen shot?

I don't see how to do it and I apologize if this is settled subject discussed elsewhere.

The date and time the screenshot was taken is part of the filename for that screenshot. The creating time can also be seen in file explorer for screenshots:

Thanks, I was kind of looking for something a little more demonstrable than a filename. I am not even sure a filename based on the date being visible in the picture would perfect it's claim in seniority.
I am picturing in my mind a toggle to cram the UTC alongside the current position string on the bottom of the screen.

Both the local and UTC time are displayed with the screenshots if you create a PDF or HTML report. The local time is also displayed in the Start button box. We had considered displaying the date and time in the bottom of the action screens in the past but there isn't room.
