One of my Triumph LS units is experiencing a problem. I start from a completely off condition. When I try to turn it on it makes the normal sounds, shows the normal screen, then makes a "error" kind of sound and dumps me to the WindowsCE desktop.
At first when I arrive at the desktop there are several icons but no J icon that says Triumph underneath. After a few seconds the windows bar at the bottom will disappear and the J / Triumph icon shows up.
If I then click on the J / TRIUMPH icon the screen will go black and stay that way for ~60 - 90 seconds then return to the desktop.
The LED next to the smiley is flashing RED, off, YELLOW, off, GREEN, off in a constant cycle.
I have called several tech support numbers. All voice mails.
Called main Javad number, she transferred me to another voice mail.
Please help me. I need to get some work done today.
