Hello,
My Victor-LS is hard wired to my PC with Windows 10. I downloaded the USB driver from the JAVAD GNSS Update screen and reviewed its properties which said Windows 7. Went through the troubleshooting process for compatibility and it returned a corrected message. The Victor will not connect and the PC sends a "Does not recognize" message. Tried shutting down and turning back on a million times, various combinations to check cords ports. The PC is brand new. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
In the long run I'm trying to update the Victor and configure a base rover set-up. Went out to a job this afternoon and was in a pocket between receivers and could not connect to RTN.
In any event I hope this finds you all well and again any advice you could share would be appreciated!
See You,
Paul
