Using the power of Filters

There is alot in J-field. One of the items I recommend is "Filter by Date".

If you have an "Ongoing Job", ie, one you keep working on, over a period of time, adding more coords etc, this is quite useful.
If you filter by date, then you can get only the coords to display that were created TODAY.
If you select DESIGN coords, and you just uploaded 20 more coords that morning, then that's all that the LS will display. Makes it handy for selecting a few coords to add to a job. (say, one more lot or parcel)
If you filter by date, with SURVEY points, then you get all the coords created that day.

Good pointers Nate.....there's just not much this little rascal won't do.....if you just know how/where to find it.

Yesterday, I used the filter to:
I First did a search for "Nail" in desc.
Found one 700' away. Old Control nail. Staked it. When I got there, I did a "Sort By Distance." Found BOTH old control nails, one 3" deep, and the other 5" deep.
Filter seems to have alot of uses....
