Verify with V6 Reset

I have my setup configured for a minimum of 2 engines fixed, with V6 reset. I've noticed that many times in marginal conditions the LS will log a position when the Fix/Float box in the upper left of the Collect screen shows only 1/2 (1 out of 2) engines fixed. Today I actually watched the V6 screen and heard the position-logged sound, even though only 1 engine was fixed. Am I misinterpreting the display, the sound, or the whole concept?

In Phase 1 only fixed engine is required regardless of the number of fixed engines required. This is by design to decrease the time Phase 1 takes. During Phase 2 the setting will take effect.
