I'd like to see Javad Co. Programmers take the LS to full maturity. Continue working on the software, fixing bugs, and making it all into a simple (where that's possible) and powerful surveying machine.
I'd like to see it continue, and eventually be able to put a whole job into a spreadsheet, so that we can see, and review jobs on a large screen, and can also see the jobs graphicly, with all closed loops, and interconnecting shots. To be able to DPOS jobs from the home computer, and work them with Carlson. I'd like an add on in Carlson, that allows me to review all screen shots for any point at any time, from inside Carlson.
I'd like the project to continue to expand and become the standard tool for all cadastral surveying. I'd like a generation 2 LS + with larger screen, but not as thick front to back. Rounded corners, and a built in bumper handle crash protector.
I'd like to see the whole survey program from javad reach maturity.
I'd like to become a salesman for this program, and to see the world of surveying revolutionized by this.
I'd like to be able to use least squares on closed loops, and to be able to add to these networks.
I'd like to see Javad go to a 5/8 x 11 thread pattern on all their gear. 1/4" is too weak.
I'd like to retire a from javad when I'm 92, a rich old fat happy surveyor, having left the world a better place. I'd like to see Javad integrate with an existing robot, or take j-mate to maturity.
I'd like to see j-mate mature. So that it has its own wheels, and can be driven like a remote control car, into a clearing, sets itself up, and operates as a surveyor-robot, so the user can use it on any construction site, both collecting data, and setting out corners, and construction stakes.
I'd like to see it all go well, and become the industry standard.
I'd like to see a drone lidar package, that allows a surveyor to complete 3d images, of the same site, and day after day, to track overall progress on any construction site, with volumes on specific areas.
I'd like to see it. And use it.
