Vaporware is a Javad tradition. I don't say that in a discourteous way, it seems to be baked into the business model. While I probably wouldn't follow that path myself, I've learned to adjust my expectations regarding availability of Javad products.
I suspect that the sales lost to disappointed shoppers is balanced by prospective customers excited to learn about what's coming, and by having enthusiastic customers assist with product development through real-world application, the company can generate sales while still refining the product.
