A javad survey story

Yesterday, I went on a job. It was started some 15 yrs ago. Total Station traverse. Site is on the lake. Backs up to a Corps of Engineers lake.
Small subdivision. Tall, virgin pines.
I localized first, on 2 rebar, 75' apart. This got me close. And I used this to find more control.
Site is about 1/4 mi ew x 600' ns.
I localized on about 12 points. Most residuals were down around 0.028'
2 were up at 0.05'.
The previous work was tight. The csf (combined scale factor) was very close. The rotation factor was around a degree.
I was able to perform my lot survey. There was a deck built over the property line.
Here is a pic of my helper for the day.
My final product will have spc. And full metadata.
This really "locks" the survey into the universe.

Here is a pic.
We shot all house and deck corners.
He's buying a strip from his neighbor, to fix the "deck over the line" problem.
Again, I just want to thank Mr. Ashjaee, and his whole team, and support staff.
Nothing like this was possible, at any price, before Javad and his team made it possible.
