DPOS keeps losing connection

I have tried several times this morning over the course of about 5 hours to upload a base session from yesterday to DPOS for post processing using an Ethernet cable to my office network.

It gets as far as 100% sent then it says it lost the connection and to try again later. Given the consistent nature of the problem I wouldn't think it is an actual connection problem on my end.

Any known issues or thoughts?

Same problem here. It's a rather large file, about 2.5 hours so I thought that might be the issue. Glad to see it's not just my file!

Also when I archive that project the static files for my base are not in there even though they appear in my point list as downloaded. Any ideas on that?

Yep I had the same thing yesterday, I uploaded the base file successfully this morning using the website, but I sure would prefer to do it automatically in the LS.
 
I have been having the same problem, sounds like at least it not on my end. I have been using this feature quite often and do miss it. I hope it can fixed. This is great feature and really appreciate all the features that Javad provides for us.

Ok. Here is sort UserGuide:

1. Connect Triumph-LS to the Internet.

2. Log in to app.javad.com and Generate a Key fo Triumph-LS registration. I have two keys generated in the example, but you need only one. Click one time. One key per one unit is used.

3. On Triumph-LS open a registration screen by the path /Home(2)/System/DropboxGoogle Drive/

4. Enter genereated key from Web page to "Handshake Key" field and Click "Establish Connection". If all went correct you see the next screen:

Later you can revoke the registration if you need to unbind device from DPOS or Dropbox/GoogleDrive accounts, if any.

5. Now you can go to Web page and check Triumph-LS device status

It should be active and Key disappeared from the lis of available.


Now if you process the DPOS task on your LS, it should be appeared on Reports page.
