HPT435BT Radio Issues

We seem to be having some issues with our HPT435BT radio connecting with our LS+ & Triumph-2 base. We tried to setup the base last week in the field and could not get the radio to start broadcasting. I can connect to the Triumph-2 but once I would try to set the parameters for the radio, the normal screen showing an image of the radio with the call sign, output power, etc... was blank other than "unpair". We also received an error message of "couldn't start output stream". I tried to connect the radio through Bluetooth to Netview with no luck so I ordered a serial-USB cord and received it Friday afternoon. I can't seem to get the radio to connect to Netview either. If someone has any experience with this I would appreciate any help.

I'm wondering if it has something to do with the latest update? I had updated our LS+ before going into the field and noticing the problem. I just download the "PreRelease" software and it works!!! Could something have been corrupted in the lasted "recommended" release?

This is what the screen looked like historically and also after the "PreRelease" software update...

My apologies for the mistake in my previous email - I mistakenly addressed you as "Brand" instead of "Brad." I'm sorry for the error.

I am connected to RAMS: Field Crew 00176

Do you want me to go back to the "Release (recommended)" version so you can see whats going on?

Hi Brad, the fixed version 4.0.1.665 is now available on the Release branch. Once you update your LS, please navigate to the Base/Rover screen and uncheck the NTRIP Caster option. This should resolve your issue.

John,
Thank you for addressing this issue. We are now able to uncheck the NTRIP Caster button. However, we have an related issue. It is not allowing us to view/edit our internal radio settings. I have attached what I am seeing for the internal radio settings.

The NTRIP caster fix is not related to the UHF radio functionality. Could you provide more details about the issue you're experiencing? A detailed explanation would help us better understand and address the problem.

Armen,
The issue is with the internal radio settings. The screenshot that I provided is what I see when I try to access the internal radio settings.
As you can see, I cannot access the radio settings at all.

I've just checked the J-Field 4.0.1.665 with TR-3 Internal radio without any issue:

As I mentioned before, the NTRIP caster and UHF functionalities are unrelated. It seems you might be experiencing a different issue, possibly directly related to the internal UHF radio of the TR-3.

Thanks for the reply. I switched back to JField Version 4.0.0.1216 and the radio is working fine. On the new version, I cannot access radio settings.

Could you please connect the TR-LS to RAMS (and share the serial number and password if you've set one for RAMS)? Also, ensure the TR-3 is within Bluetooth range. I can then connect remotely and investigate the issue.
