Recording GNSS raw data for both the base and rover is discussed in the the Quick Start Guide:

Note that with this method you do not need to change the Position Accuracy setting to "Accept all, including Standalone".

Exporting GNSS data is also covered in the Quick Start guide:

I feel that this method is the easiest if you wish to export all the raw data from a project and it does not require locating the project folder.

I don't care much for the APP feature because I want to explicitly always store raw data. If the RTK shot is stored as normal then you lose the raw data with APP. I also wish the timer would continue to be visible instead of simply showing DPOS after the APP time has been met. I do like the use of archive for exporting all of the raw data files though. It is very handy.

Raw data will always be stored if the Raw GNSS Data box is checked in the What to Record screen regardless if the APP button is used or not. The APP feature will also allow raw data and the point to be accepted and saved even if a single epoch isn't recorded in the action screen.

I agree that it would be better if the DPOS button would continue to show the number of epochs recorded after the timer has been met.

I just increase the time setting on the app feature to the max so it mostly always displays the timer.
