Javad LS wont Boot up

Was working normal under normal conditions and the screen froze. Forced it to turn off and now it won't boot up. Bottom left led flashing red/green/yellow. Top right led is green. Thoughts?

Press the Home hardware button while it is booting to enter the boot menu and then select "Reset to Factory Image".

Thank you for that. Yes its still all black. I've downloaded the info, put to a USB, but I'll put this on the SD Card too.
I've downloaded this but I still have no way of entering the BIOS menu to tell it to boot from usb. Any ideas?

After waiting a Month, it was determined the main board has taken a shit. For no reason at all. This unit was never abused, got wet, dropped, nothing! So now we are facing a bill of nearly $4,500. I'm furious. Anyone else had this happen before?

I believe it is a 3 year unlimited warranty. Sounds like your bill should be approximately $0. They may bag you for shipping.

It's outside of the warranty. I'm just sick of these units taking a shit on us and every time I ask about the problem I get "wow I've never seen that before" from someone. Maybe we have poor luck
