if it stop on the stage of backup or download it is safe to reboot it. freeze is the error. you need reboot the LS maybe. You can delete all USB content in this case. It will be created on the next migration. But I still can't open Disk Management. Open it for me now. can you ?

close this Computer Management. let us clear USB. reboot LS, insert USB into LS and hook it on the RAMS.

I think TeamViewer locks administrative tools, but it lock all activity after that.
