update screen problem

New problem: the update screen is stuck at 30%, even turning it off by forcing a restart, once this has happened it always returns to the same point.

same issue here ... but mine is stuck at 8%

I've had this issue since earlier in the week, I've contacted Matt Sobile and he took a look while connected to RAMS ... he suggested I leave the unit connected to RAMS and the techs could take a look ... unit stayed on for two evenings but no one has looked at it yet

Is Technical support now in San Jose? If so, you may have to put your unit on RAMS during west coast work hours.

It looks like a bug checking for updates when you have the PreRelease version of J-Field (4.0.1.649) installed. If you want resolve it and go back to the Release version, this can be done resetting the unit and entering the boot menu. Then Reset to Factory Image > Software recovery > Load.

I am only able to replicate this issue when the PreRelease version is installed. When I go back to the Release version it updates without any issues.
