ALTA in downtown Asheville on the south slope, a rapidly developing area particularly among the microbreweries. No complaints on the sweet smell of beer brewing!
Ran control yesterday around the site with an S5, checked into one control point today with the LS/T1M base/rover at N: 0.01, E: 0.03, H: 0.00. One of my guys tied in the boundary with the robot today while I worked on the physical, 200+ points in less than 2 hours with the LS. Very productive before the rain came in.

Now I see what a J-pod is--it looks pretty handy.
Nate is as big a fan boy of the LS as there is--I think someone ought to figure out a way to get one in his hands. I don't think he would complain if it didn't wind up being the latest version of the prototype.

Every time I take the LS to the field, and use it. I am amazed at what it does. It's error estimates are close, it's capabilities are astounding. Enjoy!

I had my helper Tim, start on one end with a robot while I was doing some boundary recon. He worked about 7 hours and located about 1500' of creek on the low end, I started later that day on the high end and located 750' in about 2 hours using the LS with my boundary profile.
