It's kind of an old story.
Serious money is spent by major players, to research and develop useful products.
Then some Asian/Chinese company makes a copy, and sells it for 1/5 the cost. I'm just guessing here, but I'd guess that a Javad T-2 costs less than $200 each to actually manufacture. However, lots of money and work went into it, before it could be sold.
I predict that someday, when you buy a survey, that it will come to you with a fancy PDF format, and, you will also download a survey app, called "public access survey app" in your smart phone, and the general public will be guided around that parcel.
It could be called "Realtors Delight". But, I'm just guessing!
Social media has replaced friends already. You can do drama, business, and love, all in your PJ's!
Where are we going?
I'm not sure.
